At the Badlands of the Anza Borrego Desert you can drive your 4x4 up the sandy washes into some of the most rugged terrain you have ever seen, even wind caves. You will learn why they are called “badlands”. The Anza Borrego State Park headquarters and interpretive center are located next to beautiful Palm Canyon, an oasis in the badlands.

You can also enjoy any of San Diego County’s world renowned tourist attractions. In addition to the miles of beautiful white sandy beaches, you can visit Sea World, the World famous San Diego Zoo and the Wild Animal Park. Also Legoland and Balboa Park await you. Go north and west and you will be in Anaheim for Disneyland and Knotts Berry Farm.
